Construction standard of machine room

The construction of computer room is a system engineering, which should be based on the needs of work, people-oriented, meet the needs of function, take into account the aesthetics and practicality, provide a safe operating space for the equipment, and create a good working environment for the staff engaged in computer operation.


I. classification of machine room

According to China's design code for electronic information system machine room (gb50174-2008), the data center can be divided into A, B and C levels according to the use nature, management requirements and its importance in the economy and society.Class A is fault-tolerant. During the operation of the system, the equipment at the site should not be interrupted due to operation error, equipment failure, external power interruption, maintenance and overhaul.Class A is the highest level, mainly refers to the design of the machine room involving the national economy and people's livelihood.The interruption of its electronic information system will cause major economic losses or serious disorder in public places.Like the national weather station;National information center and computing center;Important military command units;Airports, radio stations, television stations and emergency command centers in large and medium-sized cities;The head office of the bank belongs to class A machine room.Class B is a redundancy type. During the operation of the system, the equipment in the site is within the redundancy capacity, and the operation of the electronic information system should not be interrupted due to equipment failure.Class B is defined as the computer room where the interruption of electronic information system will cause certain social disorder and certain economic loss.Research institutes;Institutions of higher learning;Tertiary hospitals;Meteorological stations, information centers, disease prevention and control centers, power dispatching centers, and traffic (railway, highway, water) command and dispatching centers in large and medium-sized cities;International conference centre;International sports venues;Above the provincial and ministerial level government office buildings belong to class B machine rooms.Class C is the basic type. Under the normal operation of the site equipment, the operation of the electronic information system shall be guaranteed without interruption.Electronic information system rooms outside the scope of grade A or grade B are called grade C.


Ii. Composition of data center machine room

Including: the composition of the center machine room, building decoration, power supply system, grounding lightning protection system, air conditioning system, lighting system, fire alarm system, security system, integrated wiring and network system.


1. Building decoration


In order to ensure the high security and high reliability of network equipment, the construction area of machine room must reach the standard


2. Power supply system


A. To ensure the safe and stable operation of servers, network equipment and auxiliary equipment, the computer power supply system must meet a class 1 power supply standard, that is, it must establish an uninterrupted power supply system


B. The power supply system for information system equipment must be separated from the power and lighting systems.


C. Power wiring requirements: the UPS power supply in the machine room shall adopt independent double-circuit power supply, and the input current shall meet the requirements of the UPS input current;The influence of the instability of electricity on the machine room is reduced to the minimum.The power supply line under the electrostatic floor is placed in the tube, branch to each power area, and distribute power to each power socket to prevent external electromagnetic interference system equipment;There should be a label on the line to indicate the direction and function to ensure convenient maintenance and flexible operation.


3. Grounding and lightning protection system


A. Each system in the machine room has its own grounding requirements, which can be divided into ac ground, safety ground, electrostatic ground, shielding ground, dc ground and lightning protection ground according to the function.


B. The grounding system of the central machine room: the outdoor independent grounding body must be installed;Dc ground, anti-static ground with independent grounding;Electric power system grounding shall be adopted in the ac working ground and the safety protection ground;Do not share grounding cables. All cabinets must be grounded.


C. Lightning protection system for machine room: it mainly includes protection measures for two floors inside and outside the building and protection measures for the incoming and outgoing lines of the machine room.External protection is mainly undertaken by the building's own lightning protection system;All the metal information cables directly connected to the machine room from the outside must be treated with surge prevention.Reliable grounding of armored fiber metal protective layer;All weak current cables are not exposed to the external environment;The weak current bridge is bonded with flat copper flexible wire belt for reliable grounding.The machine room power system at least two anti-surge treatment;Critical load end surge protection.


4. Air conditioning system


Through the system to maintain the relatively stable temperature and humidity in the machine room, so that all kinds of equipment in the machine room to maintain a good operating environment, to ensure the system reliable and stable operation.The central computer room of the municipal bureau must use professional air conditioning, backup can use civil air conditioning.


5. Lighting system


Keep good light illumination in the machine room, convenient for the management and maintenance of the machine room administrator.The machine room must be equipped with emergency lighting system, which is powered by special line or battery, and the integrity rate of emergency lighting shall be guaranteed to reach 100%.


6. Fire alarm system


A. Physical environment of the machine room: the structure, materials and configuration facilities of the machine room must meet the requirements of heat preservation, heat insulation and fire prevention.


B. The machine room should have: temperature, smoke, alarm and other devices and fire equipment.


C. The machine room shall have waterproof measures to ensure the safe operation of the machine room


7. Security system


By the real-time surveillance camera system and other security facilities, all-round monitoring of the overall operation of the machine room.


8. Comprehensive wiring and network system


A. The comprehensive wiring of the machine room is open structure, which can meet the transmission rate requirements of the supported data system.


B. The network must reach the standard of 100 megabit networks, and gigabit networks can be implemented if conditions permit.


C. If there is a trunk line or a new comprehensive wiring system, the trunk line shall be redundant.


D. All cables, optical cables, information modules, connectors, distribution frames and cabinets in the wiring system shall be easily identified in the places where they are installed. The cables shall be laid neatly.Ensure convenient maintenance and flexible operation.
